After quite some time winding our way through an endless maze of backcountry roads we finally stopped. The road we were on came to a dead end. “Well according to this we have to hike three miles to our location.” Informed Alec. I stared in to the snow covered forest. “What, through like ten feet of snow” I snorted in annoyance. “Yes, that’s why we brought the snow shoes” replied Vanessa. I did not like this one bit. We were too laiden down and vulnerable with equipment, making us easy prey for the assassins. I was at least.
We started our trek in to the frozen wilderness. The forest was quiet and still except for the sounds of birds that could be heard all around, though not a single bird showed themselves. Maybe the assassins did know we were here, how could they, they did not know about the coordinates on the paper I found. My spirit of adventure soared as I convinced myself that there was no way that the assassins could have found thei

“How about some music” I said hoping to ease the tangible tension. “well what do you want to hear?” said Raylen. We were in a car with Raylen, Myself, Vanessa, Justin and Jade. “Um…well, er since how it’s almost Christmas, could we listen to a Christmas song? 7:00 am touchdown at Saint Hubert Airport. I was vigorously shaken awake by the perfectly dressed not a wrinkle to be found and too well groomed for this early in the morning flight attendant. I was asked to please sit up and buckle my seat belt. I groggily sat up feeling disheveled as I looked at her. She was about two inches from my face and all I could see was her ridiculously white teeth, which made me feel rather uncomfortable. I feigned a smile back at her and buckled myself in. Vanessa and Justin joined me. She turned to me and said in a rather stuck up voice “You look awful!”
“Well” I explained “If you had woken me up an hour ago like you were supposed to…”
Vanessa turned to me with a raised eyebrow, “when did we decide this?”
“Just now!” I snapped, crossing my arms
Justin decide to throw his two cents in and said, “Someone is in a bad mood” I glared at him. Indeed I was in a bad mood. I had to meet

It was late as darkness descended upon the city by the bay. The light rain added to the gloomy night and as I quickly glanced out of the drippy window of this shimmering office tower I took note of the frenetic hubbub on the streets below. Stop lights blinked read and green and cars zoomed by like streaks of light. People rushed to and fro, many making their way from their own office tower to the Metro with one thing on their mind, getting out of the foggy and damp city as fast as possible - home. I quickly shut out the sounds and chaos of the scene below and returned to my plush office chair high atop the Abstergo tower in the heart of San Francisco’s financial district. The soft glow of the Abstergo logo cast a pall in the room and seemed to be my only company.
The dim light reflected across the surface of the large conference table that dominated the room. The rectangular mahogany table accommodated eight, three chairs to each length and one at each end. The office comfortably
